I usually come home from work and get caught up on the news. On the radio, all I hear is Net Neutrality, and various other smoke-and-mirror media blasts. Obama takes advantage of all the turmoil going on and adds to the unrest by making threats to ban 5.56 rounds and AR15 style rifles by the stroke of the executive pen. This is a blatant abandonment of the Constitution.
My solution to all this is to ignore the ban. Keep making the rounds and keep selling the rifles. The executive branch of this government is going rogue and is ignoring the Constitution.
I cannot believe this POTUS is still in office. Time for impeachment and ousting of all the Obama cabinet.

These are a couple of my favorite sections of our constitution.
- Article the third [Amendment I]
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
- Article the fourth [Amendment II][4]
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Our current POTUS is making noise of banning 5.556 rounds and possibly AR15 style rifles. This seems like infringement to me. He is also catering to hostile nations and specific people groups who cherish a specific religion over others. This sounds almost like an abandonment of the 1st Amendment.
In short, I cannot believe this man is still in office. What gives?
My Opinion on Current Events
What are the current events these days? We have mid-term elections coming up. We have some crazies running amuck in the Middle East. We have the Russians testing the resolve of our current POTUS. And we have border issue. We can't forget the Ebola outbreak making its way to Texas and Spain. And more recent we have the POTUS running amuck with pen in one hand and blank executive order paper in the other. In short, I can't believe this man has not been impeached yet. (I'll stop here and revist this in the future.)
# 3 What ever happend to Moral Fortitude?
"Moral Fortitude" is a term we have all forgotten. This used to be the driving force that lead many of our forefathers to battle in the days of old. Back then, people believed in God, believed in the freedoms granted by God to live and let live and to defend our way of life if need be.
"Moral Fortitude" is provided to the individual who has not only has a good self image of himself, but believes that God has looked upon him and has forgiven him of all transgressions through the Act of Jesus Christ on the Cross. The individual now walks in Faith and Love toward God and believes God loves him.
"Moral Fortitude" is the trust an individual has that he is doing the right thing based upon his understanding of Biblical Morality.
All of our laws in this country originally were based upon Biblical Theology. It wasn't until the late 1800's that Case Law was introduced into our Ivy League Law Schools. Before then a large book was relied heavy upon to form legal opinions. (I'll stop here and revisit this one in the future.)
